Minutes/Reports

Our Board of Directors meets on the fourth Thursday of each month. Our President calls the meeting to order and each officer submits his or her report. We also have an old business and new business discussion. ISM—Dallas is governed by the Executive Board covering finances, and all other activities are reviewed and approved by all board members.
